There
aren’t very many extra options for profiles, but one useful option is
the Prompt for a Profile box we saw earlier:
You
can either ask Outlook to prompt you for a profile, or you can tell
Outlook to always use a certain profile.
If
you enable Prompt for a profile, you will see the window on the right
when Outlook starts. Pick the profile you want to log onto and then
click OK. You can also click the Options button and check “Set as
default profile” to set that option, or you can click the New button to
add a new profile.
That’s all there is to using profiles!
