Did you know that you can customize almost any of Outlook forms? By forms, we mean the place where you enter your data. Here’s an example of the default contacts form:

The default Notes form is a bit simpler:

The Notes form is the only one in Outlook that cannot be customized as there are no fields in it to change. Other forms (including mail messages, calendar items, contacts, tasks, and journal entries) can be customized.
