Similar to calendar appointments, you can assign tasks to other members
of your network. This can help in lots of situations, like organizing
projects and keeping track of your team members. To
assign a task, just open a new or existing task and click the Assign
Task button. This will give you some additional fields:

you have to do is fill out the information as you normally would, plus
type in the name of the person (or people) you want to send the task to.
(Of course, you can also click the To button to pick names from your
address book.) Then click Send!
