Find two
partners in your class.
Open
Microsoft Outlook 2002.

Right-click your calendar folder in the folder list and
click Properties.
Click
the Permissions
tab.
Click
Add.
Type
your partners’ e-mail addresses.

|
|
|
3.
|
Ensure
that the new user is selected in the top portion of the
pane.
Set the
permission level to
Editor using the
drop-down menu.

|
|

|
Click
OK
twice.
|
|
|
|
|
5.
|
Click on
your calendar folder.
|
|
|
|
|
6.
|
Click
the Actions
menu and click Plan a
Meeting.
|
|
|
|
|
7.
|
Enter
your partners as attendees. Set one as required and one as
optional using the icons next to their names.

|
|
|
8.
|
Click
the AutoPick Next
button to find the next free time slot for all three people.
|
|
|
|
|
9.
|
Click
Make Meeting.
|
|
|
|
|
10.
|
Type in
Class BBQ for the
subject. Fill out any information you want for notes.

|
|

|
Click
Send.
|
|
|
|
|
12.
|
Open
your tasks folder.
Create a
new task.
|

|
|
|
13.
|
For task
subject, type
Plan Class BBQ.
|
|
|
|
|
14.
|
Click
the Assign Task
button on the toolbar.
|
|
|
|
|
15.
|
Type in
the name of one of your partners
|
|
|
|
|
16.
|
Send
the task.
