1.

Make sure that Microsoft Outlook 2002 is closed.

Click on the Start menu and click Control Panel.

Double-click the Mail icon.

Click the E-mail Accounts button.

Click Add a new e-mail account and click Next.

Click Microsoft Exchange Server and click Next.

Take a look at the different fields that are in this box.

Click the Cancel button without entering any data.

6.

Close out of all open windows.
