Unfortunately, HTTP accounts are a bit limited in terms of features. You’ll notice that your special folders (like calendar, contacts, notes, and tasks) aren’t available in your HTTP account; you still have to use personal folders for those features.

 

As well, there are a few mail features that are missing. The two that you will probably notice are rules and alerts, and flags (for follow-up and reminders). Other than that, using an HTTP account isn’t that much different from how you’d normally use Outlook!
