Make sure
Microsoft Outlook 2002 is open.
Click on the
Tools
menu and click Options.

Click
Calendar Options.
|
|
|
|
|

Click
Add Holidays.
|
|
|
|
|

Check the
box for your country and any other country you want to include
and click OK.

|
|
|

|
Click
OK
three times to close out of all
open windows.

|
|
|

|
Click on
calendar. Click the Actions
menu and click Plan a Meeting.
|

|
|
|
7.
|
In the
Additional Attendees graph, add these names:
jane@email.com
mary@email.com
joe@email.com
john@email.com
Set their
importance levels as you wish.

|
|
|

|
Set the
meeting time for one week from now. The duration is up to you!
|
|
|
|
|

|
Click
Make Meeting.
|
|
|
|
|
10.
|
In the
meeting details window, type
New Product Launch in the
subject window. In the notes part of the screen, type
This meeting is to talk about launching our new toaster, the
Toast-O-Matic 3000! Come join us for brainstorming and free
toast!

|
|
|

|
Set the
meeting’s importance as High by clicking on the red exclamation
mark ( ) on the
standard toolbar
|
|
|
|
|
12.
|
Click the
Cancel
Invitation button on the standard toolbar.
