Open
Microsoft Outlook 2002.

Drag and
drop the four contacts from the Sample Files folder into your
contacts folder. (If they are already there from a previous
exercise, skip this step.)

Open
Microsoft Word 2002.

Click the
Tools
menu, choose Letters and
Mailings and click
Mail Merge.

In step 1 of
the wizard, choose Labels
and click Next.

In step 2 of
the wizard, choose Change
Document Layout.
Click
Label Options.
Click
Avery 2660 Mini Address
and click OK.
Click
Next.

In step 3,
click Select From Outlook
Contacts.
Click
Choose Contacts Folder.
Click
OK
to all dialogs that appear.
Click
Next.

For step 4,
ensure your cursor is flashing in the first label in the
document.
Click the
Address Block
field in the mail merge wizard; you’ll see it appear in the
document.
Click
Update all labels.
Click Next.

For step 5,
take a look at your labels and make sure they look correct. In
the main document, you should see four labels that are filled
out with the recipients’ addresses.

In step 6,
click Edit Individual Labels.
