The Photoshop toolbox will play an important role in much of the work that you do in Photoshop CS. For this reason, you should learn about the toolbox in more detail, touch on some of the different functions and tasks that can be accomplished with it, and become more familiar with the many tool buttons and their uses.

In this lesson, you will learn the names and basic functions of the toolbar’s buttons, including the selection tools, the painting and retouching tools, the drawing tools, the navigation and zoom tools, and the colour tools.
