Lesson 1.2: Customizing Your Toolbar

   

 

  

Customizing the toolbar will enhance work efficiency. There are three categories to work with when customizing a toolbar. The first is Commands, to customize the main menu where you can group related menus or buttons on the toolbar. Second is Toolbars, to show or hide the available toolbars in PowerPoint. Third is the Options category where you can personalize a toolbar with the commands you use on a regular basis. This feature is especially useful when modifying buttons, adding and removing commands, and deleting unused toolbars that take up space on your screen. Toolbars mainly consist of commonly used commands and drop-down menus.
