If you have completed a system restore and find it did not resolve your issue, you can undo the system restore point. To do this, open System Restore again and select the option to undo my last restoration.

 

 

Select this option and hit Next. Then you will see the Confirm Restoration Undo window. It provides you with a summary of your previous choice with some important information as well. To continue, hit the Next button.

 

 

 

 

Then, your computer will reboot. Once the reboot is complete, you will see the below window. This window displays a summary of the undo process. It will also advise you if the undo process completed or failed. Click the OK button to close System Restore.
