Lesson 4.2: Windows Movie Maker

   

 

 

To open Windows Movie Maker, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Start Button.
  2. Select the All Programs Menu.
  3. Select the Accessories menu.
  4. Click Windows Movie Maker.

 

 

The above picture shows a new project made up of some sample pictures. It is important to note that video effects are for pictures and clips while video transitions are for between picture and clips. You can see the added video transitions between the pictures in the above figure.

Most of Windows Movie Maker is a drag-and-drop process. This means that most video clips can easily be dragged into movie maker from the Storyboard or to other panes within Movie Maker.
