Lesson 4.2: Windows Movie Maker

Saving your project in Windows Movie Maker allows you to open the project at a later date for viewing or further editing. When you save a project, the arrangement of clips added to the storyboard/timeline, video transitions, video effects, titles, credits, and any other changes are saved.

To save a movie project, follow these steps:

  1. Open the File menu in Windows Movie Maker.
  2. Click Save Project.
  3. In the File Name box, type a file name.
  4. Click Save.
