1.

Open the Control Panel, and then open the Security Centre category.

In the Windows Security Centre window under the Resources pane on the left hand side, select Change the way Security Centre alerts me.

In the Alert Settings window, uncheck the three available boxes.

Click the OK button in the Alert Settings window.

5.

Close the Windows Security Centre window.
