This icon will open the User Accounts window. From this location you can add, delete, and modify user accounts. Although the only available options on this window are in the Pick a Task section there are additional options after clicking the user account you want to modify. (The Fast User Switching and Use Welcome Screen options are under the menu Change the way users log on or off.)
