1.

Open the Control Panel, and then open the Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options category.

Open the Regional and Language Options icon.

3.

Select your location at the bottom of the Regional Options tab.

Select the Advanced tab of the Regional and Language Options window.

5.

Check Apply all settings to the current user account and to the default user profile.

6.

Click the OK button.

7.

Close the Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options window.
