Music on your computer can come from many sources these days. This could include a portable storage device, a CD, memory card, or an Internet download. Windows XP has created a My Music folder for you to store all your music in. You will notice this icon in your Start Menu. It is a good idea to store your music in this location for multiple reasons. The My Music folder is available as a button or shortcut for many sub-windows and also makes it easy to organize your music. The My Music folder also means you can also edit, create, and delete your music from one convenient location. This folder also acts as a default storage location for many programs and wizards.
