1.

Open Microsoft Office Word 2003.

Open the Case Study document from the Sample Files.

 

 

2.

Click to place your cursor at the beginning of the sentence Table of Contents.

 

 

3.

Click the Insert menu and click Break.

Click Next Page.

Click OK.

 

 

 

4.

Place your cursor at the end of the sentence Case Analysis (after the 6) on the second page.

Click the Insert menu and click Break.

Click Next Page.

Click OK.

 

 

5.

Place your cursor at the beginning of the sentence What type of interview was Larry conducting? on the fourth page.

Press Ctrl and Enter.

 

 

 

6.

Place your cursor at the beginning of the sentence What were the clues?

Press Shift and Enter.

 

 

7.

Place your cursor at the beginning of the title Case Analysis.

Press Ctrl and Enter.

 

 

8.

Select all of page five (the page that has questions and then lines for responses).

 

 

 

9.

Click the Format menu and click Columns.

Choose Three from the preset list.

Ensure Equal column width is checked.

Set the width for the first column to 0.5.

Click OK.

 

 

10.

Save your document as Case Study Draft 1.

 

 

11.

Close Microsoft Office Word 2003.
