First, let’s fill out
our template.
At the top of the
template, type
The Rockhead Quarry
for the company name.
For the body of the
letter, type,
We just wanted to thank you for being such an
important part of Bedrock. To show our thanks, we’re having a
company picnic on Saturday at 2 pm at the quarry. Bring your
family and friends!
For the closing, type
J.J. Granite
for the name and
President
for the title.

Next, select the Address
Block field in the current document. Delete it.
Then, click the
Address Block link in the task
pane. Choose the same options as in the sample below and click
OK.

to proceed to Step 5.
In the preview, make
sure that everything looks correct.
Click
Next.

Edit
Individual Letters link in Step
