Open
Microsoft Office Word 2003.
Open the
Say it Simply file from the
Sample files folder. |

Click the

menu, choose
Send To, and
click
Mail Recipient.

In the Subject field,

In the Introduction

Select all of the text
in the document other than the title.
Change it to
Bookman Old Style 12.

Click the
Flag
icon ( ) on the
message toolbar.
For the flag type,
choose
Read.
Set the reminder for
9 am tomorrow.
Click
OK.

Click the
Options button on the message
toolbar.
Set the Importance to
Low and the
Sensitivity to
Personal.
Click
Close.
