Make sure Microsoft
Office Word 2003 is closed. |

Click the
Start
menu and click
New Office Document. |

In the New Office
Document dialog box, click the
Letters and Faxes tab.
Click
Fax
Wizard and click
OK.

In the first dialog box,
click
Next.

In the second step,
choose
Just a cover sheet with a note.
Click
Next.

In the third step,
choose
I want to print my fax so I can send it from
a different fax machine.

Next.

In the third step, type

name, phone number, and mailing address.
For the fax number, type
your phone number.

Finish in the last dialog.

Note that the names and
phone numbers have not been inserted into your document; merge
fields are there as we have multiple recipients.
Select the Phone Number
and Pages row.
Right-click and click
Delete Rows.

Click in the field next
to RE: and type
New Movie Deal!
Delete the CC field.
For comments, type
See attached fax.

document as
