You can also insert
scrolling text (a marquee) into your Web page.
To create scrolling
text, first click the Scrolling Text icon ( ) on
the Web Tools toolbar. Then, in the dialog box that appears, type the
text that you want to appear. You can also use these options to control
how your text appears:

As you set various
options, the image in the Preview box will change. Once you’re satisfied
with the results, click OK to apply the scrolling text. Once it’s in
your Web page,
you can enter design mode and modify the font of the text just as you
would regular text.
You can also resize
the scrolling text by putting your mouse on either side of it and
dragging.
